Refund Policy

15-day return window

If you're not satisfied with your QROOT garden, you can return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.

Returns are processed through Amazon India, where your order was placed.

How to return

  1. Go to your Amazon India orders page.
  2. Find your QROOT order and select "Return or replace items."
  3. Follow Amazon's return instructions. A pickup will be scheduled at your address.

Amazon handles the return shipping - you don't pay for return delivery.

Refund timeline

Once Amazon receives the returned product:

  • Inspection: 1–2 business days.
  • Refund initiation: 3–5 business days after inspection.
  • Credit to your account: depends on your payment method - typically 5–7 business days for bank transfers, 2–3 days for UPI.

Damaged or defective products

If your QROOT arrives damaged or defective, contact us directly at hello@qroot.in with:

  • Your Amazon order number.
  • Photos of the damage or defect.
  • A brief description of the issue.

We'll arrange a replacement at no cost. Defective products are covered under our 1-year warranty regardless of the 15-day return window.

What can't be returned

  • Products returned after the 15-day window (unless defective).
  • Products with damage caused by misuse or modification.
  • Opened consumable items (nutrient bottles, grow sponges) - unless the product itself is defective.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. To switch from Core to Plus (or vice versa), return your current garden through Amazon and place a new order.
