How shipping works

QROOT products are fulfilled by Amazon India. When you order through our site, you're redirected to Amazon to complete checkout. Amazon handles all packaging, shipping, and delivery.

Delivery times

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
• Amazon Prime: 1–2 day delivery available in most metro and tier-1 cities.
• Remote areas: May take 5–7 business days.

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout on Amazon and depend on your pincode.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on orders over ₹499. Since both QROOT gardens (Core at ₹5,499 and Plus at ₹7,499) exceed this threshold, shipping is free on all garden orders.

Amazon Prime members get free delivery regardless of order value.

Tracking your order

Once shipped, Amazon sends tracking information to your registered email and phone. You can also track your order at any time through your Amazon India account.

Packaging

QROOT gardens are packed in custom-fit boxes with foam inserts to protect every component during transit. The garden base, LED panel, grow baskets, nutrient bottles, and all accessories arrive in a single box.

Delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged, is missing components, or doesn't arrive within the estimated window:

1. Check your Amazon order page for the latest tracking status.
2. If marked as delivered but not received, contact Amazon customer service.
3. For damaged or incomplete deliveries, email us at hello@qroot.in with photos and your order number - we'll resolve it quickly.

International shipping

We currently ship only within India through Amazon India. International shipping is planned for 2027. If you're outside India and interested, email us - we'll notify you when international orders open.
